Challenge
The client was preparing a large-scale leadership forum and needed a global speaker who could address business model transformation and organizational change through firsthand experience at a leading international company. With the event date already fixed, the client needed a shortlist of relevant candidates quickly, along with clear information on each speaker’s background, topic fit, English-language capability, participation format and availability for travel to Korea.

Liahnson & Company identified and presented eight global speaker candidates from companies including Novartis, Amazon and Hitachi within a short timeframe.
